I know that premium is untradeble because it says on the description that one restriction is that it can only boght with silk, but the ticket doesn't say that so my question is, Can do you exchange a Gold Ticket or Silver Ticket?

nope. It can be put in storage, but not traded.

Hes right.

You cant exchange/stall any silk items, you can transfer silk item from character to another if they are on same id by putting that item to storage and taking it out with your other character.
