yup. I had the phy attack to 61% and the phy reinforce at 41% butt hey both assimed to 22% when i tried to make str and int 5....so i stopped messing with it before i lost the magic dmg and reinforce.

I got a 72+9 glavie on venice - 81%phys, crit 11, phys reinforce 61% mag both above 60% and str 5 int 5 full blues etc. +9 OWNSs
