just wondering what Sale of bargin priced goods means,
does it mean u dont have 2 paay tax or sumthing

i think its something like along the trade routes, you can buy bargain priced trade goods (like at the bandit den etc), im not 100% sure i think thats it

It means that you can buy cheap goods when you are trading at some special points, like in stronghold and tarim basin.

while doing this a player theif can attack a trader whos doing 1* and is under lvl 40

Special Bargain goods are not cheaper, but just sells for more... They are available only at special trading posts. Once the bargain starts, you got 20 mins to buy the goods and move it to some town or another trading post.

5 Star Special Bargains, based on spawns, could be compared to a double 5 star...
