Force blader

Any one try out this build? is it good?
what other masteries should the blader take?
because with vital spot you can basically make your targets pretty squishy. So with the new skill at 90 cap that increase physical atk and decrease def, you can do more damage, and might actually be able to kill even with ice as a sub. Combine with effect from chains you can basically be the chinese warlock
what do you guys think?
No flaming like " OH BLADER CAN"T KILL JACK"
I am not saying the build can kill but I do not doubt it won't either, but it might be super useful in guild battles, with a build that can tank and decrease other's defense, it could be super useful.

there is a lvl 80 force blader [sun blade] on alex, he did a 14k crit on a blader thief using the AOE KD after dumping vitals on him, and loading him with chains.
imagine what would have happened if the blader he was fighting was a glaiver >.>.
blader = chinese warlock
i think i said that
i knew i said that:
Barotix wrote:1h warrior doesnt get "cool looking" skills until 40+ then you wont get any new "cool skills" until 60 and 80 >.< other than that its a monster tank plus has amazing agro control.
blader will l8er on be the chinese warlock. but right now its the chinese tank. problem is in parties its better to have a 1h hand warrior.
anyhoo 1h warrior hits harder than blader, but blader has no pot delay.
so
dmg = 1h
speed = both
tank = 1h
coolness = blader
prestige = blader
respect = blader.
in all honesty ATM the only cool thing about bladers is that their HAWT! later on in like the 90 or 100 cap with skills the blader will be able to do damge = or > the glaiver

. happy grinding ^^. if you want real answers then.
PM VforVendetta
and Manowar.
V is a 1h warrior
Mano is a blader get their opinions

Edit: misread xD. Yup, vital spots is useful for any build. But when you're playing as a team, making a blader to tank more and use vital spots so other members could deal more damage, just makes you a very valuable player indeed (and you could ress

That would work, and it would be one amazing char. I would do:
80 Bicheon (For blade obviously)
80 Fire (For the physical dmg increase)
80 Force (For the vitals)
Buy the speed increase in town if you have the money.

Force rocks. But as i said before, force is best for hybrid coz it uses both mag and phy power

would it be nice to take ice? since you are giving them hella annoying vital spams already. using ice to slow them down will make a hella annoying character

but most likely you won't be able to kill, but this build is not for killing right? its for tanking and providing vital support

good point but with a decent blockrate shield 18 you wont need that high phy defense
just stay focused and knock down the big damage dealers first.
its an awesome build if you love to hunt.

good for 1v1 or jobbing against Chinese builds or any euro w/o cleric sub
but for GW or FW where almost all parties at least hving 1 cleric, status may not work that well

doesnt really matter.
bladers can still tank, and bows are still support chars.

actually it works better in groups.
adding status and switching to another target with good team play your allies know what to target first

Ice imbue is a waste..
Most of the capped players are immune to ice.. so it will be no point having ice imbue..

Cap 80 force blader be acutally pretty good but what about 90 cap. You gotta choose to get better debuffs or move like a snail

drop fire, get light imbue.
the damage and defense you get from decay, division, and impotent from the vital spots, along with parry reduce and attack rating reduce is way better than what you would get from the fire tree.
plus thats another reason to go hybrid, if light would turn to your main at least you would benefit from the magica attack increase from force piercing force.
mine is only lvl 1 right now, but its 16% mag increase.

bow.
harder crits
and good knockback.
and i already get attack rating from hawk and passive, so im diggin the aprry reduce vital spot along with decay, weaken, and soon impotent once i get to lvl 80...
and i know ill have clerics there in wars, i dont need that mag defence buff from the fire tree, not the cold defense one either.
and fire shield is covered by cleric holy spell.

For Hybrid I would agree with going light and forgoing fire.
For Pure STR Fire is the way to go.

HAHAHA HAHAHA I almost fell of my chair reading this
I have 65 blader and the truth is when I go PvP I cant kill anything, but no one can kill me, BUT i think this build would be succes, I think vital spots would help a lot.
Imagine you hit him with vital spots then chains and at the end knock down. I would really like to see that.
