if we bring in pleveliong crap and how easy it could be for some people a the ice to outlevel that, it's a rip off. but if you level with a party and/or solo grind, id say fix AR a bit and maybe add str then you're all set.

yeah, im not really going to use it much :/
just to Level 52, Then ill either Sell it or keep it in Storage

its worth like almost nothing coz most people rather buy power level rather than buy a swrd 20 Mil!. lol you got ripped off.
power lvl is like 200k/ hour (for most high lvl character/people charges) and in 20 hours ur alread @ lvl 50X. get the picture?

id say that was a rip if 95% of SRO that has the gold for that = has higher level char = they can powerlevel through that level.

if you need it is a value for you
but i think you paid the going rate for it
bought sos 42 cleric rod +3 for 20 mil
42 harp sos for 13 mil
so value is relative to what you need and if you can find it
rare is if no one is selling yet, most are still in use when
those who have pass that lvl they will start selling them

OK, so save the 20 mil, spend 5 mil on power leveling up to lvl 5x, and you're left with 15 mil. Once you get to lvl 5x and finally get off your horse, you're standing there in lvl 1x equipment. How much decent lvl 5x gear can you get for only 15 mil?
You'll blaze through those 50 levels without earning much of any money. I'm sure most power levelers are greedy and don't turn on item auto share.
I'd rather invest the 20 million, grind myself (which will take longer of course), gather tons of gold and drops and alchemy items I can sell as elements... and end up lvl 5x with a lot more cash on hand. Sell the 20 mil SOS when I'm done with it, and afford a lvl 64 SOS weapon later.
Edit: It's hard to know what different weapons are worth anymore. I usually see 52+3 SOS blades on Venice for sale anywhere around 22-30 mil depending on blues. Some are even higher if they are full 100% blue or +5 or more. However, I've been trying to sell my 52+3 SOS blade within that range of prices, and all I've gotten was a few offers of 12-15 million.

I did make it +4 yesterday though, and I don't know if the 22-30 mil blades I see in the network actually sell or not.

lol use the 20mil and plvling to 64.
then farm the str tabs and sell the lucky stones this events bringing.
get 8d npc gears, theres a couple in the stall network at 300-500k a piece for 1st tier.
farm tabs in caves. By the time you hit 72, you'll have a ridiculous amount of str tabs and challenge, sell those.
ive gotten about 40 str tabs, 60 int tabs, etc so it shoudlnt be too bad.
reach 100mil, buy a decent set with minimal blues and blue it up from there.
not to mention the amount of prot elixers you get at caves ":S

So you're basically saying you'll get about 100 mil by the time you hit lvl 72? I have a blader friend that has about 140 mil at lvl 55 basically doing the process I described. Takes longer, but you have the benefit of earning money all throughout lvl 1 through lvl 55/64 (
this is assuming you get no drops while you power level - does your power leveler use item auto share?....) as well as all the money you'd earn by farming str tabs, elixirs, and the like as you described in the caves.
Seems to me by the time I reach lvl 72 my way, I'll have a lot more gold than you.

i have 70 mill at lvl 33 from elements. so making money isnt hard. plvl if thats what you want, or grind if you enjoy it.
i never sell items unless they are sox or hi plus.
Prom, your intentions are good, but not truly valid. I average 6 mill a night on elements. So I could plvl for 3 hours a day @250k/hour that’s 750k and make elements for 1.5 hours and make 6 mill 6 mill - 750k is 5.25 mill. NOW I do not plvl my main (except when my bow got scammed and I was mad and didn’t feel the desire to buy a new bow). But I have a warlock I have had plvld to 37 for minimal costs. And I can buy good equips cause I know how to make money.
Im glad you hand grind, your Zeal for this game is honorable, but know that hand grinding DOES = more gold.

My main point was that there is a lot more potential to get a lot more money (whether in gold or invested in items/gear) if you hand grind rather than sitting on a horse until lvl 64, and than trying to play catch-up by farming tabs and the like.
It seems a bit expensive to maintain a high level character with all the expensive gear you have to buy, and the x-large pots and the like. People complain enough as it is about the extremely slow leveling speed at high levels, but I'd think that process is even longer if you have to spend some of your time farming tabs and other items just to build up funding so you can afford decent (not NPC) gear at lvl 72+
But what do I know, I'm only lvl 53 and never had a lvl 64+ character...

well x large pots arent that expensive, i use them and set my auto pot lower.
basically.
someone who know what they are doing can take 500k and turn it into 50 mill in a couple weeks. which i know isnt alot compared to the billions some have, but i think im doing ok.
