I found out from someone(cant tell you)
90 cap is coming out in March or April,
Im not positive, but im almost 80% sure it will come out around that time.
If im right, someone owes me a cookie

so its possible for ISRO too.

It will come out 6 months from the last update. So it will be around june / july.

Well I don't know if I want it to be so early, i'm 20% away from 70 right now and no way i'll reach 80 by then (Farming, havn't been active) so everyone will be SO ahead of me AND I'm pimping a 3rd tier set right now, it would really suck if like as soon as im done with it and level to 80, a new cap is out and my stuff is kinda obsolete for favor of the 9d stuff -.-

Well noone expected iSRO to get the fortress wars so soon. I think it is likelier to see more fortresses coming in march then the 90 cap.
I'd say june/july.
