why cant i block poeple?

some of the dumb spam bots have normal names like cheapgold, and when i try to block its wrong. so how can i block?

You need write all spammers name to All "folder"
Not to Whisper "folder" ^^

Are you sure you input their name in the "All" tab not "Whisper"?

Same thing, I was in Jangan the other day and couldn't block any of the spam bots >.>.
With correct names too.

its under All but some of the bots i cant block, like the cheapgold one i couldnt, but i just blocked that lllllllllll one

you need to put the names on the list thats ALL and not get d/ced after you put them on you need to log off to save it

That happens to me as well...No matter how many spammers i block,after i restart SRO they get unblocked.What a bullfuck

I've had to block 2 spammers on Venus on different log in sessions. I've never seen them talk again. Nothing wrong with spam block here.

How do you close your SRO? Try hitting Esc and Log off properly..see if that does anything.
