Just pitching an idea over here, how about some red vs blue or black vs white, or whatever vs whatever cape battles. No xp, loss, and it's all fun, and the clerics can also use capes, and we can do it outside of safe zones. Sure you can rez on the spot, but I am sure if people mind that they can agree not to rez themselves.

There are different colour capes for a reason, and if you think about it, you can end up having a 3 way or 4 way battle which could be more fun than job wars...and waste a lot less xp.

Good idea, never done it, just always like were the orange one.

I do this with my guild sometimes. Its pretty fin actually. We go to some nice place and organize teams and strategies. Once you die, you cant respawn unless a cleric or someone else resses you. havent done it in a while, but its fun. Now that we have the fortress....mock fortress sieges anyone?

lol yeah i remember that, i use to play with my guildies and do a horse race because the name of the guild i own is TrojanHorde, so we always do a horse race and they usually have a cape on, and my job is to freeze them and try to beat them to finish line

my guild does this in prep for guild wars sometimes its pretty fun

We did this on Olympus with my old guild. Europeans with black cape vs Chinese with white cape. That seemed more like a race war but there were no1 wanna war with us..

Uhmm yeah in the early days of Olympus Sprite organized a few massive cape battles between the highest on the server .,. which were like 5x then.

On Troy back in the day we had a MASSIVE hunter thief war at the karakoram ferry ... It's amazing what people can do if they just stopped and thought about some new idea's.

in Alexander there are cape wars few times per week in the night with hostile union vs hostile union much fun

we did this against ppl that keeped ganging on 1 person in cape fight and ppl we genraly hated at the time, other ppl joined in on there team and ours we fought in differnt capes for about 30 mins and was fun i think 8v8 , by the end of it even the ppl that were ego/trash talkers started saying gg(goodgame) and everyone said they had fun,

much better then job war also i think since u can see what sort of armour's ppl are using

So people do think this is a great idea. I guess Greece doesn't do this because people there are party poopers. They don't like job wars because of suns, they don't even cape PvP much anymore...If we see a PvP everyone stops and watches. It's rare to actually see people in capes killing each other...which is why I would like to see something like this happen more often.
