A few questions regarding alchemy:

I've just read all the guides i could find on the forum about alchemy and they asnwered pretty much almost all my question but a few still remained unclear , so here they are:
About Jades and Ruby's:
1.So as i understand Jades are used to give a item blue stats and Ruby's just increase the stats that are white like (Crit from 4 to 5) or Magic attack from 200 (0%) to 210 (5%) or so?
2.If you use a Jade and get +2 int (+50%) means that if it has 50% it can have more int in it thus till it reaches like having 3 INT (100%)?
3.I've read that the option gain is random, you can get 1 int (0%) or 2 int (50%) or 3 int (100%) and if you gain 2 INT (50%) you can't just upgrade it up to +3 int like with a elixir upgrade, it always has to be re-rolled and again a random number of stats will apear? And you do that re-rolling until you hit randomly 100% and your satisfied? ;P
4.As i've seen so far there are only three random categories for one option like only (0%) , (50%) and (100%)? or is there a 25% and a 75%? and where do those apply? to higher grade items that can have up to +5 stats? Like example +1 INT (0%), +2 INT (25%), +3 INT (50%), +4 INT (75%) and +5 INT (100%)?
5. And about Ruby's, i've yet to see any screenshots about Ruby upgrades and how does a increased item influenced by a ruby look like, how many % Categories are there? Is the roll random on those too? Or does it work like a elixir upgrade?
