At first i wasnt sure wtf was doing but then i saw tht the brown thingon their head..was his facE ! LOL

thats what happens when u change ur screen resolution. Simply turn dynamic animation on and then off, it will fix it.

It happens alot, specially with vista, i usually get it when i click ctrl + alt + del or watch divx movies.
