What happened with Troy Server?

Down for over an hour, then it comes back up, after the time the fortress war was supposed to start, it stays up for about 20 minutes then the GM gives a warning that the server will be going down in 10 seconds (I guess a reboot)? for whatever reason, when the server restarts the fortress war had already started?
So many could not connect with the C9 error flood of connections.
Did this happen with all servers? A 10 second warning then a reboot?
