union emblem question

I made a union emblem pic and its 16x16 in .bmp format named unionmark, and i put it in the sro folder and when i use the union emblem scroll it says it not in the right format, anyone have any ideas?

Seems like you did everything correctly. Double check what you did, make sure it is the right size (16x16 pixels), or maybe resave your pic to bmp format again. Not sure what else you could do though, union emblem pic upload is working properly.

and make sure it's bmp 24 bits.
