I saw many ppl saying that chinese chars will be way stronger when the 90cap comes out... WHY? What's gonna change?

only thing that happens is that i think euros and chinese become more balanced. instead of euros being overpowered

From what I've read around, 90 cap for Chinese brings a lot of new skills, while for Euros all it does it upgrade old skills.

I think that's the "balance" sense right there. (though I daresay we'll still see threads bitching about rogues and wizards being overpowered)

rlly depends on the circumstances thoo...pvp can never really be balenced or else no one would win....

lol, at 90 cap, there's only 90. i think you meant we'd see people with 8x in sigsm instead of the usual 7x nao.

Well...You will see that dw/jg south (the pvp areas) are deserted cuz everyone of them is back to botting for 90 cap >.>
