So, where are we now?

Hey there one and all,

So, about half a year before I believe euro was released I left sro; guild fell apart, had studies to focus on yada yada and basically I'm getting get back into sro again. Nice and simple.

When i left i had a level 46'ish (i think) pure str fire glaiver and knew the game inside out and back to front, more or less. Anyways things have clearly changed, a big deal and tbh i'm feeling a little bit lost =P

I can still remember how to play the game etc but I would really appreciate a brief rundown of all the events/history that have/has happened since the time I believe I quit (can you smell the uncertainty xD).

Christmas event is totally pointless, I havent got absolutely nothing from it.
New pets, suit - silk items, of course they do that.

I'm new to all of this, but even doesn't seem exciting at all. You rarely find a event monster, and if you kill it it doesn't drop anything . . .

Anyway, as I'm new, I can only confirm the fact that bots rule all over sro. Now it's almost impossible to connect, because all server are full of bots :shock:

You're one of those kids that would rather have levels than friends, aren't you? One friend level 42 left SRO not too long ago to play WoW and a lot of people from the guild quit as well, I managed to get them all back tho :love:

WOW you guys are sad. He asked what has changed since he left and you turned it into another "wahhhhhh gold bots cry" post.

Heres what's changed

80 patch released
80 skills releasted
European characters relesaed
Avatar Items introduced
Fortress War Released
Mercanaries removed from game
Chat Filtering Instituted
Infaltion has gone thru the roof
Seal Of Sun drop rate has been fixed (new servers arent full of crappy builds with suns to make up for them)
Since you left probably 13 new servers have opened (no improvements quanity>quality for joymax but you know that)

Hope that sums it up ^_^

Heh not surprised they removed mercs, I still remember my guild leader of old summoning a bunch of those and settling old grudges on his own, heh.

For those who mentioned it, our guild "Ares" was very (capital V), small, and only consisted of, what, 5 active people? But we knew each other well. In the end everyones life took #1 spot so we all quit.

Good to see Aege is still as infuriating to log into. Meh i'll try it in the early hours -.-
