So yea they take names with ilililiilillliiliii so its like impossible to block them.
My question on a sidenote: How do you get it so you can see if its a i or L? I saw several screenshots where it was obvious whether it was an I or L.
I'll just look for him in town so i can block his name.

You have to P2K edit but I think that you should be able to click the person just like adding friends..then go block :S

Thats the 2nd problem, they are hiding now. I'm trying to find out what side of town he's at so i know a range of where he could be.
I could crush the person behind all these goldbots company's with ease. so much anger i could seriously kill the man.

was thinking about simply uploading the media.pk2 file for all you lazy people its so easy to do and so useful same for your friends makes it safer to know that its them or not, usually its easy to copy names with l or I

Just gonna do it the hard way..
Backspace, enter i or l and pm him, see if its correct. and so on till i got all. lol.
EDIT: for the people of eldorado, the hotan spammers name is;
IIIIIIIII (9 capital i's) ikI

the pk2 edit for this is really easy :S
it involes changing a word from "english" to "korean" lol.
and instant nude patch too.

Replacing the font is probably the best option (i haven't tried it). But there is also another way. Use ethereal or some other program to capture the packets and then send the spammer a message, you can then do a "follow tcp stream" and see his name (clear text).

Replacing the fonts seems like a good idea, but don't forget to change it back when you need to write an essay for school with that font....professors in uni might bust your balls for that kind of stuff. They have nothing better to do apparently.

and ALSO whenever I block people and I logoff or get DC when I log back in no names are on my block list?!?!?!?!?

For me the names are not there when I crashed, but if I log off normally they're there when I log back on.
I also need to change the fonts, so annoying when they got those lllll ones =P

OMG, why arent people doing this, i have never pk2 edited before, this took like 1 min, make sure you use HexEdit tho, it works better and its easier.

Is the topic still uptodate? Font fix is still uptodate after the big fortress download? Can anyone confirm this?

Go around town and look on your radar...if you see a random green dot it is probably him.
You can also see what side of town he is on by when you recieve his messages or not.
