You get higher ranks by wut? Having the most Honor Points? or the most graduated members in ur academy =(

I have more honor points then a person who is in that honor list! Why am i not in it? why dont i get those buffs?

i think it sometimes takes a few days before the new buff ranks kickin

Its done by points and graduates, and also possibly time in charge of academy and also maybe rank. its complicated. search, theres topics talkin about the difficulty weve had in understandin it.
