You can get it from one of the fortress NPCs ....most likely. You should read the update to figure out which one.

I played around a bit with those hammers too today, they are cool
It took me 50+ hits to kill a mangyang, even with imbue and nuke >_<
Every hit was 1. and im a lvl 80 nuker >_<

even with just your fists you hit higher.
