I saw one around dw (or the name at least when it got killed <.<) I think it was called young penguin

Guys the event sucks...
Me and all my union worked like hell looking for them:

Spawn is really bad, drop rate is really bad, rewards even worse (most are 10sp and 10grains)

Hmm... snow is..lagging?

Ive got 10HP Grains and 30SP from 2 socks. Killed around 7-9 event mobs and only gor 2 socks.

If they would be handing out 1000 sp for every sock and a sos weapon everybody would be cheering and then 1 week later yelling that it was a stupid event.
