So I died and went back to Hotan when I saw a guy ner the blacksmith asking for 100k in the DEFAULT channel, I was a bit shocked and decided to be nice and gave him 300k instead




When he said "thanks" I was like wow... but he had to be greedy..




Moral is, you can't be nice nowadays without them thinking you're a bank

its like that story...if you give a mouse a cookie....they always want more.

@ off topic - u use that many hp pots =O , im pure int s/s i usally have 6 rows of mp pots and 1 row of hp pots

You'd should of spent that money on buying npc items and reselling them back to the npc and buying it back again and repeat then giving it to someone the likes of him/her

i log in after the long hours of fighting traffic and finally get into Babel

Honestly i don't get how people like that think ..

...Random money giving tip. Never give money to people that ask for it, unless you actually know them and they are asking for a loan not just random hand outs.

As an example, back when I was leveling an archer char at the horses, I saw 2 people sitting down and talking, and 1 of them was getting owned because he didn't have money for pots. SO I was eavesdropping on them while still killing and I overhear the guy tell his friend he has like 10k, so he has to keep sitting down after every kill, cuz he can't afford pots. 2 minutes later I had 2 new active guildmates and they both had 100k in their pockets.

1 of them is still in the guild, although he keeps remaking chars and farming on them then stopping and making another...good for the guild bad for him. The other stopped playing after she told us about her drunken strips and tripping and cracking her elbow...She never heard the end of it after that...

see if i were you i would buy him a lvl 16 weapon and tell him to make his own gold.

it doesnt look like u gave him anything, look at pic 1 and pic 2 both have ruffly the same amount of gold so did u give him it or not? it doesnt seem like it but mabe i read wong

I gave him the money between pic one and pic you, and also sold an item in that time.

i dont give money to those that say "pls, plys, plox(the slang please's)" until they actually say "may i please have some gold".
then i actually give something.
