NPC: jade refiner pahap of hotan
collect 175 highest grade nephrite
repeated quest 3 times
reward: 700,000 exp
Can someone tell me where the Jade Refiner is?

Go out the north gate in Hotan, there's a nephrite refinery there and that's where the guy is.
