Well I highly doubt that Roc is lvl 100 if you saw the spawn event you would see him nearly 1 hit the glaviers that were going for him, uniques dont do that with only a 10 lvl difference.
If you look at his spawns you will see he spawns a form of Saytan with over 130mill hp and that spawn alone is lvl 105. SO I highly doubt he is only lvl 100.
It has always been said that Roc wasnt lvl 100 and I think it is obvious that he isnt, he was to incomplete to be lvl 100. He didnt have some of his animations and also why would you not implement him with the 100cap.
I have always stood by the fact that he is the end game unique and this proves it.
And as for how long it will take to kill him, probably a few hours it depends on the kind of skills that there are at that lvl. I would say probably no more than 3 hours or it wouldnt make any sense in having him, as people would have to port back to town and repot lol

the cap being 80 at the time of the spawn event.. i think.... then you dont think a lvl 100 mob would do mas damage on a lvl 80??
think about it..it is not a lvl 60 mob and your 40 where there is not such a large amount of damage in the difference.
Saytan is 90 or 95 if i remember right to.
