They already have a website for it. I saw it while I was trying to log on the main SRO page. Does that mean lvl 90 Cap is also coming really soon too?...Hmm

you know everyone thats lvl 80 and 99.99% when 90 cap comes out should go to mangyangs and lvl there ^_^ would be lol lvl from 80-81 of a mangyang

would take alot would need 2 kill at least 8k of them 2 get .01

not true because you have xxxx/xxxx exp (the maximium) and then you only need 1 exp which you will get

ya all you need is 1 exp and and to lvl up, so some1 should definitially do this

of course maybe not if they change it back to 0.00% in lvl 80 when they give the 90 cap

no because they are still 1 short of 100%, adding cap doesnt add exp
