I would love to see it happen, maybe then Joymax would get moving on a big and permanent bot ban, along with using an anti-hack program that actually works.

I could just imagine the carnage of people dead outside, being camped on by multiple bots, and everyone staying in town, there by creating huge lag and multiple d/c's.

Someone should make a free bot that works really good. but then likeee make it so it murders instead of training. so ppl will be like FREE BOT PLZZZ. then they get a murderer and go afk and once everyone gets this bot everyone will dieee!!!!!!! LETS DO IT

u forgot the fact that you would get a penalty for killing so many, and with their physical attakcs they would prolly kill us if they are in large amounts

That would be the ultimate event for the legits. Kill the bots that outleveled you just a month or two after the new cap came out. I also think JM would start to ban them.

the thing i would have thought would end silkroad forever would be an EMP charge in the technical offices where the servers are hosted.

How would that end sro, that would make sro great, maxing all the botters murderer status, stripping them, delvling, I wish it happened to all of em.

3 farmed lvl 80 euro parties could kill them all by themselves. With a permanent bless happening, the bots would stand no chance.

hmmm this gives me an idea,

What if someone developed a free bot program that appeared legit, and it involved logging on a bot server in order to work.

Then, after a few months of gaining reputation, what if you could do global changes on all bots - Make them PK anyone near them, throwing the server into chaos where all the botters are murdering eachother over and over again until they're status 15 and delevel to 10

Technically, if your in dw, you can still get away from the murdering bots.

They need to be spread around every single training area.

Maybe then joynax will do something, but I bet they wont as long as the bots keep buying silk, even if they murder everyone.

Okay, this would be interesting to build:

Create a bot that searches for other bots. Or perhaps the user runs the bot manually until a bot is found, then click on the target bot and activate "anti-bot".

At this point, the Anti-bot bot goes into automatic mode and attacks the target bot, becoming an offender (purple). The target bot will likely fight back, so the Anti-bot bot runs away until offender staus is gone. One hit after offender status ends, and the target bot will be an offender. Now the Anti-bot bot attacks the target bot (who will likely also run away) until the situation reverses again.

The two bots could war it out for hours, completely elliminating any gold coming from the bot.

At least it would be more entertaining than an AFK stall.

Yeah, yeah, for all you naysayers, I know I can only disable one bot this way, and I would be rather conflicted anyway, because I don't use bots, but this would be using a bot, so likley it will never happen. I just think it would be fun.
