How can i contact JoyMax?

Heya,
Can someone please give me some e-mail adres or something or explain to me how to let the bug report work properly...I tried search on here but couldn´t find anything so i would really appreciate it if someone could help me out?:) thx

thank you for this helpful information. my character was recently banned without any reason given at all. for block reason it just says "Punishment Description" =/

I wanted to say: you can`t contact Joymax..they are afk, plvling their new non existing GMs.

did you pust silk on that account? cause if not, its their purgative to delete your account at will, as it is THEIR intellectual property and not yours. if you DID buy silk was it within the past year? if not, sorry for yas. eitherway, good luck.
