She informed me that they are aware of the security breach, tried to give me Joymax's email..
I asked for there California Phone # and she said that Joymax has said not to give that out..
She confirmed the Joymax office is in San Jose but will not disclose the address specifically..
I mentioned a class action lawsuit and was immedietly let go.

I am inquiring about Joymax's stance on recent "hacking/website exploitation"?
I personally lost a level 80 character on Babel, xxxxxxxxx was the name. I buy silk and I buy a FAIR amount of it, I pay to play this game with the "enhancement items". I expect to be treated as a paying customer.
Many people I know had their accounts hacked in the last week, and this not a result of anything the user did or did not do. This is 100% the result of Joymax's lack of properly securing their website. I am requesting an answer on how Joymax plans to resolve these issues.

Gmail ain't bad.
It's be worse if they used hotmail/yahoo.
Actually yes it's very unprofessional. This is a multimillion dollar company. How much does it cost to setup a joymax.com mail server in the US? Pennies.

calm down assess the situation, and think. what does joymax value more than anything in the world?; money and of course player satisfaction, what will hurt joymax the most is a double edged sword. what will make joymax "move" just may annoy the players even more. NOW! the question is how do you effect their money and the player's behavior, in such a way, that dramatic action must be taken?
............well threats wont work, right? and spamming them will most likely NOT work. so before i go any further ask, why is that joymax's most valued asset, and why cant it be touched nor effected. the end user license agreement and terms of service prevent any major problems from having to be "dealt" with publicly, so, maybe joymax is in fact more active than we assumed.
............why keep the California office number a secret? well quite simply to prevent any problems that may arise during the transition of isro from the hands of joymax.
[a man can dream can't he?]
