I'm pretty confused at why everyone is mentioning rev6? Did they have something to do with the hacking??

They made public how to actually do it on their site.

But the reason they did it was to force Joymax to do a rollback because of all of the account hacking.

If that is true. Lets everyone just post their ID's, Passwords and lets hack eachother and hope that Joymax will roll back

That was their reason, but they had to know people were gonna abuse it for the wrong reasons. Its human nature :\

They wanted people to abuse it to get even more accounts hacked. Then there would be more pressure on Joymax to rollback.

it's really stupid , and they show it to all how to do it , it's advertize and promote. and it's means they want other be hacked to. Not a rollback from Joymax.

no worries they only showed part of the steps to do it and not the entirety of it. Soo those that really want to hack wont know how to do the other steps to hack anyway.

Doesnt take a genious or a PHD to figure out step two

I believe they have part 2 of the steps up now, which completes it.
Atleast I saw it up on the official SRO forums an hour or so ago.

So rev6 released the steps public to force joymax into rollback because of a few accounts being hacked. I don't see the fairness in this? Only some people were hacked not all, so if the roll back was to happen people that were not hacked would just lose exp + time for other peoples losses. The rollback would only appeal to the players hacked accounts but not to the whole community.
However if step 2 is released or figured out, we all lose.

everyone now is afraid to give id coz the only reason why so many got hack bcoz only id is needed to steal ur acount...
if somebody know ur id, it's the end of ur enjoyment or make new account..
