Joymax:

1. Lacks visible in-game representatives to mediate or assist with problems (such as, for example, the GMs in Everquest). While Joymax apparently has "GM"s (such GM_Pizza), there is no evidence that they do anything besides make announcements.

2. Does not respond to their users through the game, their forum, or by any other verifiable method. As one example taken from their own forum, there are thousands of suggestions by users to deal with the above-mentioned in-game spam problem. These ideas range from creating a simple "ignore" command to appointing players as spam-watchers. Joymax neither replied nor adopted any of the suggestions. General complaints, requests for support, and game ideas are equally not responded to by any Joymax representative.

3. Has finally repaired the "bug-report" section of the official site after long months of being out-of-service. However, it still does not allow the transmission of screenshots, though the website makes references to submitting same in various sections.

It should be noted that there are claims of email replies being received from Joymax regarding problems with silk purchases. However, outside these rare and unsubstantiated events, the company's reputation in the area of responsiveness is clearly among the very worst.

lol edited by someone...I don't really see why this had anything to do with the server capacity limits:

"Also some of the chars are really weak, like "Snaggle" on Troy server he dies to a person that is 8 lvls lower then him, and he still talks like he is good."

How about this?

The quality of this article or section may be compromised by weasel words.

not always...lags can be result of server not being able to handle shit... theese days when most people have Mb's/s cables and optical lines its mostly server side

it's idiots like you that would mess up Wiki. As long as people keep posting the right stuff, and not idiotic bs, then it is fine.

It's Wikipedia. It only takes one person to ruin this thread by removing that section.

Drivel like that belongs on Gaming.Wikia or EncyclopediaDramatica.

I hate it when idiots undermine the usefulness of a good service.
