I heard from people saying the new update is gonna bring euro pot delay down from 15 seconds to 5 second?

it sounds really unreasonable because euro are already pretty powerful, 5 second pot delay will allow them to tank a bit so I dont' know.

anyone can confirm or prove its right or wrong?

there should be a warrior passive that cuts down the delay by 1 second every 10 levels or so so they can actually tank :S

I can't prove anything, but I seriously doubt it'll go down to 5 seconds. I've seen some high level euro vids and they can already tank a good deal (Look for 2h v glaive vid). I don't think Joymax is that bad at balancing.

In the end the game will be based on Team v Team anyway, most pvp was ruined with the introduction of euro characters.

1st of all, i have no doubt that it will stay the same. 2nd of all, if it went down it would go down because the introduction of the 90 cap and the new skills will make chinese characters overpowered, and reducing euro pot delay is the way to counter this. The 2 races will always be balanced.

well, i doubt that the potting will be lowered at all.
Euro, are meant for team play, and clerics and other shits are there to balance the potting system. Hence, i doubt there will be little chance for chinese to actually overpower euro in group fights.
It will be biased if the pot delay is further lowered. Anyway, i think there is a skill from warlocks or some class to increase pot delay, forgot which skill already.
