I believe that even before Euro, Powerleveling still existed, however just in small numbers. With Euro, the idea became much more widespread and nowadays hand-farming just isn't fun anymore.
Heck a full blued +5 SOS bow in Xian server is barely worth 7mil now...

thats what they should be priced who the hell wants to pay for sos ur gonna outlvl in a week unless ur farming but still then they shouldt be that expensive imo
