Clarify some alchemy doubts i have

i know there is a topic on lucky powder vs lucky stone going on, but i wanna get abit clear of this basic stuff 1st

1. wat degree items u can get lucky stones from?

2. is it clothes ,weapon, accessory all has a chance to give lucky stone?

3. u can only get lucky stone from destroying items wif blues on them?

(i'm aware of using the technique, to see how many slots the rondo requires, usually more than 4 will likely give a stone?)


2. and something to clarify on:
steady : prevent reduce in durability when go over +5 (try to +6)
immortal : prevent weapon disappear/break when go over +5 (try to +6)

so if i only wanna +5 my weapon, i would not need both of steady or immortal rite?

1. any degree, but 8th d tend to have a higher chance to get a lucky and other stone then a 1st d

2. any non-npc equip can give you a lucky and other stones, weapon tend to have higher chances.

btw that rondo trick doesnt work anymore...JM changed it so it will alway say 4 space required

ya, its also not true, i did this tonight and had items saying 6 and 7 slots...so dont really know wuts ur problem with alchemy

yup did it last night to a drops and needed 6 spaces a few times.. so it does still work.

big wrong rigth there!

i just did some rondo and it said i needed 7 slots.

did some free space and got a sexy lucky stone by rondoing some noobie blues daggers.

I tried that once. It said 5 space required but when I destroyed it I just got elements

Maybe it's random? Or maybe I have really bad luck :S

I found that the more Blue on the item the bigger chance to get a stone, not just bigger chance to get a lucky stone but in general. Also I have never seen a Lucky stone under degree 6, not that there isn't one.

Astral is the biggest scam reduces the success rate, Immortal/steady is needed to go from +5-6,7,8,9

the # of slots u need to have free is fixed...and it does not mean that if it says 7 it will give u elements + 3 stones u just get 4 ments and 3xchance roll for stone if a stone is dropped u get another roll what that stone will be...ive seen 8 slot most (72 - 2 blues)

i am betting this is tru. i rondo EVERY SINGLE ITEM I GET. i have never got anything but elements. which is fine with me cause i make hella gold, but still disappointing.
