ok so i bought some lv74 robe boots
increased the magical defense on them then increase the magi and phys def on my shoulders,
all 3 stones succeeded and went to 22%
then i put 3str on my boots with a str stone, assimilated magi reinf 6%-> 0%,

and here comes the "good" part:

it was +0 i put them in the window together with a protecter elixir and a 8th D lucky powder.
and they failed and got destroyed...
so there goes 5mil down the drain. makes me wanna shoot 1 of the developers...

i never even failed to go +0 - +1 also never destroyed anything with alchemy
this is just retarted

did anyone else have this before?

it got destroyed becuz u failed from +0 > +1 ?

Ive failed before with lucky powder going to +1 but Ive never heared about something being destroyed on that enhacement.

It had to already be +5 (and going for +6). If it did destroy after failing to +1, then thats news to me. I've done too much alchemy, and never once failed to +1 with lucky powder, let alone get the item destroyed.

if this is true, than alchemy is really becoming a bitch

it really failed from +0 to +1 and destroyed my boots
i never imagined this was possible must be a chance of 1 out of a million but yay i got it

so as a tip, ++ it first with elixirs then put stones on it -.-

i just bought the boots for 1mil every part of what i am wearing is +3 so i wanted to make the boots +3 from nothing but first i put some blues on it and from the screeny you can see that was my first elixir on the boots after i put some blues on there and before that while i had my shop up.

i guess youll just have to believe me on my word

I really refuse to think that an item can get destroyed going +0 - +1, that didn't happened before, i've done alchemy a LOT and never got an item destroyed that way. If items have a chance to destroy now going +0-+1 that only means that JM wants us to buy more inmortal stones, if that is the case. Shame on JM!!!

You are not gonna make us believe that you destroyed an item from 0 to +1.Its simply impossible.

what if the previous owner got it +5 then failed going to +6 so he sold it? If that thing was true what someone above said....if you +5 it and then fail going to +6 it can be destroyed after trying +0 -- +1

dude if thats true you have the worst luck, I never have had anything destroyed before and if I had to guess I've probly used over 5,000 elixers and 2,000 stones since i've been playing, the worst I have ever had is forgot to steady one of my 72 glavies and got like a 22% durabiltiy reduce.

Well, no not quite. We can see that the first elixir-type alchemy you performed after adding str to the boots destroyed an item. It says nowhere that it was boots you destroyed.
