Hi this dude found out my char name while i was thiving and said it was by a hack. Then he said he hacked my caount, and if i log off its his. Is this true and if it is what can i do? i have a screenie oof the conversatoin i just dont know how to post it. ty please respond fast.[/img][/code]

nah lol it's just a shock tactic he's trying 2 intimidate you into believing he has ur account details.. I know loads of peoples trade/thief/hunter aliases that dose not mean there gonna get hacked cus of that.

Ya, definitely taunt him back lol, just go check that o"h noes im in troublz"(iuno, search for it) topic, you'll see what kind of ppl they are, like sirshadowscat lol, no one who can hack you is gonna tell you, until after they did it.

Well yesterday some guy pmed me and said "Hi, may i ask u a question"
i replied yes and Got dced problem is it wasnt a dc cause of crowded server or the ?????Error, i reloged in after a few minutes seeing someone Global that the person i replied to is hacker and dont reply to him... i went crazy also for that minute :banghead:

Is it true that he might try to hack or anything

maybe it is a good thing you got dced

prevented you from answering any of his questions, and I don't think you chatting with him had anything to do w/ the error.
just change your pass if it makes you feel better.

he prolly knew ur name when u were in job suit by a few ways , 1.curst hearts have ur name on them when u kill monsters or npc theifs etc
2. purification seeds have name on them "real name not job"

Its not hard to figure out who was who. If you jobbed enough before the change you knew the people of the other jobs, how they fought and how they moved. When it first came out I new who almost every hunter was that I ran into, or the ones that would take more than a few hits to kill. Look at weapons, buffs, build..
