Can you change your pw now with only the ID and PW? Or do you need your secret question now? I forgot it ><. Anyone help?

erhm i manage to do it yesterday...dont need any secret answer.

damn hope there 's no bug or what ever,,..

all u need is id/pw and answer to the secret question, if a hacker knows this, ur screwed, you dont get an email notification

Someone said they did it. Hmmm. I really need to change my pw. I feel like someoen has it. So I want to change it.

i cant get in my lvl 65 glave account cose my password is to long for joymax.com but it always worked on silkroadonline.net and still works on there.. i have posted and filled out countless bug reports.. and nothing so far

what i did yesterday was:

- go to http://www.joymax.com/portal/ & log in
- go to manage account
- confirm to send verification code to your registered email(new email verification system)

- code will be sent to your email. open the mail click the greeen box(in the middle) & paste the code
- from here choose either to change your personal info OR change pw(it's a green & pink box)
- get the change pw box and you need to know your current pw to do it.

correct me if im wrong
any1 if you have other ways/alternative do share....if there ;s a bug then im dead..

just remember all the pw u used before(it helps incase of any data base back up rollback)

I recently changed my password to my SRO play account a few days ago performing the same steps as outlined with out having to put in a secret answer. Worked fine for me.

i just change my password last day now i can play anymore~~~

This only works for the people who used the email verification system before this new fix.

If you want to change your password now you will need your secret answer, since he has not used the email verification system YET

he will get an email in that email there is a code, with the code and the secret answer you can activate email verification
after you activated email verification you wont need the secret answer.
