That's actually you elaborating, rather than rephrasing.

WHats the actual problem?

Can u go onto the site at all?

Does the sro launcher still work?

What exactly happens when u go to launch the game?

when i try to access the site just times out and it takes to long to respond

and when I launch SRO the error where it say the "server is undergoing inspection or updates........" pops up

im going to reinstall SRO now

Sure you don't have anything that would stop you accessing the site ? loads fine for me so its not a site problem, as for the server inspection thing, i've had that before, few tries and it stopped though.

Then the server is going under inspection or updates.

If restarting your internet physically doesn't work, go to cmd prompt (start>run>cmd) and type:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

if you still have this problem, check back at regular intervals until the server is up.
