But i asked myself can i summon it with my wolf in the same time.
Because else I must sell my doggie

No you cannot. But if it's not a typo, then the pinguin* is 55 silk...so pretty much affordable.

the fighters on the other hand are very bad imho...

I think you can pk edit your wolf into a penguin.
No one else would see a penguin, but you would.

But I have no idea how it should be done.

you might as well just PK your current pet into whatever animal you want since nobody else really cares if you have a wolf or a penguin except you and the damage is all the same...
