Anyone else notice....

So right when the silkroadonline.net came up I opened up silkroad and watched as it updated the game. Along with the new pets and vehicles they announced, there were also files for Kangaroos, Buffalo's and some others.
If the files are there, why don't they just make them available?

Something else I noticed is that Rabbits/Cat and penguin/blue growth bird dropped to 55 silk
Is this a mistake from JM or wth?
