After update I cant login to game and http://www.silkroadonline.net I can login only to we site http://www.joymax.com and I can’t change password and email and any thing .

After update I cant login to web and game but I used E-mail Verification code my e-mail and change password to ( ) but this password active in web http://www.joymax.com only I can’t login to game and I cant change password and e-mail on web only I cant by E-mail Verification code


Please help me to get back my account to me again im pay so much money to this account I charging this account tow time of 6 month 2000 Silk 200$ and another of 1 month 2000 silk 200$

and have items sun D8 and items ( 72 77 +4 +5 and) and ( Items of +1 to + 4 ) and ( 1.432.000.000 Gold ) and ( Blade Sun 64 +7 ) and ( Sword l+ Shield lvl 72 + 5 Max Full Blue )

my brother actually has that same problem... and we know he didnt get hacked because he had storage rights and everything was still in there(or the hacker couldve been extremely retarded)..

if you changed your pw before the update try the old pw, i have read some posts about the ppl who couldnt login the game after the update and they said typing old pw works. try it maybe it works for you either.

A friend of me has the exact same problem.
He just has to wait til 30. Oct, when they fix the pw system.
Anyway, nothing to worry about, this happened to many ppl.

not to sound mean, but if your dumb enough to post ur ID on a SRO forum, you would probably be dumb enough to give some other important account info to someone...btw, i am sure ur sun items are gone now
