Many of you may remember that my character, SuicideGrl, was hacked back in July. Lost a lot, quit the game for a month or so, and restarted a new character, SlightOfHand. Pure str euro rogue w/ xbow and daggers. She's awesome, and a lot of fun to play. I couldn't change SG's password because I couldn't remember the answer to my secret question. I finally parked her in DW, hoping the hacker would leave her alone, which he eventually did.
JM recently released their new portal w/ the ability to change passwords. As soon as I realized that I could do so, I changed SG's password to something extremely secure. However, she was still stuck on a mountaintop in DW, glitched and unable to move, instantly DC-ing as soon as the screen loaded.
After much loss and gain, many bug reports, and a struggle back from what I thought was my end in this game, that story ended today.
[taken Thursday, October 25th, 11pm]
Apparently JM does listen sometimes. You may have to scream really loudly in their ears for them to hear you, but they have restored a little of the faith I have lost. SuicideGrl is back, Xian.

the hacker did virtually NO damage to the char. spent some SP; that can be easily reversed. all he did was strip me... twice :P

Please tell me how you went about in doing so. My friend has a lvl 74 charcter which he worked so hard in grinding and he got stuck in a hill part in Jangan. Please tell me how. I will DO EVERYTHING in my power and I will help my friend out.

i sent in many bug reports. i gave a detailed description of where she was and asked her to be moved. took 3 weeks but they moved her.
