....since no one answered my question in the skills section and I don't see meteor being used, I will just ask: Does meteor continue to share delay with fire bolt in kSRO or did they fix that?

yes the delay exist in isro as well... both share the cool time

I think they are 9D...the heavy armor was for sure 9D and garm too..(cuz that cleric was 90 and why would he/she wear lower D garm =p)

....I know the delay is on iSRO, i play iSRO.... the question was if the delay is in kSRO as well, or if they fixed it in later versions.
BTW, finally a cool looking robe!
