Question about Paypal!!

Paypal recently extended his service to my country, which wasnt available before. However, the account i can create is restricted to SEND-ONLY, meaning I won't be able receive money/payments on the paypal account.

As i have never used Paypal before; Can anyone tell me if its possible to buy silk with a SEND-ONLY paypal account?

if you cant get money on it...you can send money out so my guess is no

wut he means is he can't recieve money from another account, but basicly any paypal account u can charge money on ur account and SEND-ONLY so my guess is yeah

Well, will you use it as a:

Bank->Paypal->Joymax type?

OR

Money->Paypal->Joymax type?

2nd one won't be possible ... 1st will.

I was thinking more of a :

Credit Card->Paypal->Joymax

CC's here are not 3D Secure here thats why i cant use them directly with Joymax.

on that method does the bank account have to be cheked? and money on paypal or will paypal get it from the bank acc? abit concerned to do it so gotta get sure of all
