Silkroad's 19th server, USA, will open on June 26th, 2007 Silkroad Standard Time.
Server Name: USA
Open Date: 6/26/2007 Silkroad Standard Time
This new server will be geared towards creating a server just for our North American Silkroad Online players. We want to show you are appreciation for putting up with Servers crowded with Non-English speakers. Only Silkraod Online Accounts that are listed as living in North America will be able to create a character.
We hope you welcome this new server to the Silkroad Online community and enjoy the new experiences there.

Uhm, what about people from Canada, they speak English too, or what about UK people?
And if it were true, it would be the lamest BS i have ever heard because it would mean all English speaking Europeans would have to put up with not being able to communicate with half the other players -.-
