What yall are forgetting is that each wep has its own specific lucky factor. I'd rather a weapon I could upgrade easy as shit then max %'s, than one with reasonable high %'s that can't even make it to +5

fixing the stats would take like 20-30m so +11 white > +7 with 100% stats

besides, its a rogue weapon. anything above +3 here is overkill

Theres no immortal, astral, lucky or even steady on it. I don't believe he made that himself for one second. Only an idiot would +11 something without any forms of back up.
