Who Is The Best ?

I think the best are the european

because they're skills are only for one mastery and the chinese have all the skills then
they need to have a lot of SP

and for that they need to farm a lot,
but we (european people) don't need to farm a lot because we need only the SP of our mastery

Both require ridiculous amounts of SP. Even though Chinese characters require more masteries to level, Euros have more skills (and skill levels) which balances out the amount of SP required.

None is best. Both have pros and cons in each and every aspect of the game.
It comes down done to your own preference, if you like one over the other then you will say that that one is the best, but really there is no best :]

The best char is a chinese char with euro buffs. But in order for that, you need BOTH euro and chinese. Not one is stronger than the other, they both need each others strengths to make up for their weaknesses. ffs.

chinese, all the way, it has nothing to do with pot delay, but the choice, being human is all about making choices, so its in human nature to like the chinese, you have the choice, you choose which skills and all of em available, just up to you to plan which to take

Chinese > European in these fields:
- Ability to wear clothes , including mastery requirements not being able to switch between all 3 types.
- Pot delay
- number of allowed masteries, only up to about 120/130 cap, after that a 60/40 mastery gives little advantage
- ability to use both types of skills, and a mix of both
European > Chinese in these fields:
- Damage, class by class, you can hardly argue with this.
- Defense, euro armors have better stats than chinese armors, check NPC if you don't belive me.
- Stats on weapons, again euro have better crit, better reinforces, etc
- Effects on skills, only for the moment, I am sure at 150 cap it evens out.
- Chances on Effects, not sure how they change at 150 cap, but right now euro effects have much higher chances of landing
- Party Buffs
- Area of Effect skills/ Debuffs
- Number of Skills Per mastery, euro have about 2x more non repeating/updating skills
- Passives, Euro passives are much better and more frequent
- Jobbing Skills, stealth, noise>therapy, bless spell, all much more useful than any of the current chinese skills, and even up to 100 cap
From this, it seems that Euro >> Chinese, but that pot delay deal is quite important at the moment, and I don't know what would happen at 150 cap, but if there are potions that can refill HP in under 2 seconds, the situations will be the same, however the whole 2 masteries for chinese will make PvP much more interesting.
