I get the idea it's just me and moogie, Luv bear in our guild is female I think too. I thought Stacie was at first and Suicidegirl but nope lol

But, I saw this alot of times. Most female characters are indeed men. That is why I am strictly anti-flirting in RPG games.

I don't like the female outfits at all, especially the 4th garment. Yuck!

I could never bring myself to play a female character. There are men who are secure with doing so, but I am very much opposed. Not that I view males as superior, but I think when I play a game I like to put myself into the role of the character. And what kind of person would I be if I imagined being a woman for eight hours a day?

Besides, for the most part the male models are better.

But, I did learn my lesson because one time in Warcraft this female character was being awful flirty. It was only after I started to flirt back that my friend informed me it was a male behind the character doing so to get items.

i'm male, and i play female characters frequently, but in video games and pen-and-paper RPGs. i've played a ton of males, and after a while, you get so locked into your "role" that they all end up acting the same and such. playing a female is a challenge, because i then have to force myself to think outside the box and my comfort zone, and actually try to act as a female would. not an easy task :)

first time in a while i've stuck to being male, except my shop girl, Meka that is, but i don't play her, she's still lvl 1 at 0% ^^

most rpg's i use female avatars, they just look better, y'know? i mean, not sexually, but you can tell the modellers really dont give a shit about the male types. they actually put detail into female body structure and the likes, even if they aren't human. i guess in the back of their minds the modellers are still kdis thinking "woot boobies!"

I play female because if I have to stare at an ass for X hours, it might as well be one that looks purdy

Plus, occasionally there will be people who are like, "OMG HI@U GRL WANT @ CHAT HERE HAVE UBER ITAMZ" It's kind of creepy, but hey, free items

...that was my incentive for my GunZ characters, because the camera is STUCK there... you only see the backside.

i am a guy, but my main reasons for female chars now:
1) usually cheaper armor compared to male sets
2) you dont get as much **** about KSing, looting, etc.
3) people give you free items o.0

Lol, well...I played with a female character in another MMORPG (You couldn't choose the gender >_<) and well...it was pretty much like a male one except some guys run up to you and randomly give kick ass items. :roll:

i play a female character, i chose it to be different, not to look at a computer-generated ass and tits all day (sad) or to gain free items and flirt with other gamers (im not a queer). i agree the male gear looks better, so ive slightly regretted the fact that i went female. gender trans tool anyone?

Wow I cought a lot of flack for that one... I didnt mean it in that kinda way, what I ment was im a guy and I act like a guy. Guys are expected to mess up and when you do mess up, it was expected... Guys are expected to do dumb things and not think before they act. I have no intentions of telling any of you about my personal life so think of me what you will, it means nothing to me anyways

This game is one ive pioneered to try before my small circle of nerd friends once the rose servers went to bolloks.

Made the female character to convince the average joe to party with me and give me loot.

Worked rather well and ive just stuck with it. All the male characters look crappy aswel so its not a hard choice.

As I stated. I play a male character because I like to put myself into the role. I'd rather not put myself into a female role.

No offence to the women, as I more than appreciate their contributions to the world.

It is just my preference, but I"m glad to see some men are secure with their sexuality enough to play a female.

I got a SoM headgear for half the selling price cause I convinced the guy selling it that I really wanted it, but didn't have enough cash.

And it's not that i'm sitting there staring at the ass, but it IS there in the very center of my screen, so when I run from city to city, it's that or look at the inside of my horse (which looks REALLY creepy when you run up/down a hill)

I'm a guy. But my character's name is "Christineee" or with two e's. I forget. Anyways. Yeah. Lot's of guys hit on me. It's kinda gross. However, I do get ressed alot if I die, but when I do, they say creepy things like "If you need anything, just message me. -wink-"

I wanted to give him a couple of wacks with my Glavie. Too bad I'm not level 20 yet.
