The problem is that Silkroad has huge lags ingame but if i ping the Internet it usually shows 7 ms. I cant understand , i died like 3 times row in 20 min, because lags were about 30 sec-s long and my character would not pot up. This problem started about 10 days back , i lost from my 4 week GT about 7 days to this nonsense and i have a week left from GT and SPT. I scanned my computer from viruses or so and it didnt find anything. I am quite frustrated because i wasted money on nothing ? Is there a solution or should i waste another week of GT to this sh1t.

typo: If i am not in mood i make many mistakes ...

There are different kinds of "lag". It can be your computer if it's a POS (but SRO runs on slow computers, so it's not usually the problem)... it can be the network connection... anywhere in between your PC and the server... and you can't do anything about that... or it can be the server itself. The server is usually the problem these days. They have too many connections and too many things going on at once. They can't send all the data to all the players without some latency. I have 2 PCs running here and sometimes 1 will lag to a complete stop but the other is having no problem at all. In this case it's the SRO server that's the problem.

Nothing you can do. =-(

Nice ping, though.

:/ i think when my GT is over i am just going to quit this for a while because it really eats nerves. I paid for the service and thats what i get. 3hr a day 30 sec delays, its not worth to play nowadays.

what are your computer specs?

I have 3 computers...one with a top of the line ATI card...a GPU from 2 years ago and an onboard video card. All 3 PCs are about the same in CPU and ram but the vid card makes the difference in playing.

Only one that will run SRO very well is the high end ATI card...

ping the sro server :) 121.128.133.27 gwgt1.joymax.com
If that is fine then it's a hardware or software problem.

if it timed out then, you are having troubles staying connected with them well, at least with gold time, when you die, you usuaaly gained more then from dieng, but hey if you are farming (too annoying for me to do) that just means you'll get more sp by the time you lvl, but ya i've had those nights, i've died to maongs so many times the past few days and i can 1 hit them, makes me mad
