i just wana know what is the feeling of being a high lvl?

is its like july 4th everyday?... or something?

not too good, u have ALOT more grinding than ever to do...u dont "pwn" till u get to lv80, farm and pimp ur gear.

It sucks cause theres no space to grind on mages without getting KSed :cry:

It's fun in the sense your stronger, but it also isn't too big of a deal considering how many there are, and with all the suns.

But being high lvl a while back was definitely fun, sro was a lot nicer then too lol >.>.

Just remember, grinding is the funnest part of sro. After making level 80 you think your done and all. Joymax always finds ways to make you pay and play more. New skills need 3 times the sp I farmed around 70 cap. Only option is to buy all the scrolls. I haven't started farming, probably wont anytime soon.

as u proceed into high lvls ,the grinding area is getting more and more crowded (caves in 70 cap and snipers in 80 cap now ). Nothing really fun anyway

It is a good feeling as long as you have fun and or have sun.

In other words, you need to meet people, or get a sun weapon. If you get a sun weapon, then people meet you. The second I got a sun spear everyone was my friend, lol. (ok not literally but u get the point)

i think starting a friend relationship has better success rate in sun scamming

Personally, it sucks...

It's like this, you're in your 60s, you know any 70s+ and 80s would come up and butt rape you. If you're in your 70s, any 70~80 would laugh and kill you. And if you're 80, well whatever, you know some ass with a full sun set and weapon will own you and call you a noob.... so no fun in any 60+ level...

I have character 5x, 6x, and 7x they're not that fun (But I dont give them to people). Out of all my favourite memorys, the one that stands out most were thieving with my friends at 2x.

There's always going to be stronger than you, higher level than you etc.

Nothing special really... Check rev6 for your server [if its an older server] and you'll see... Althought it hasn't updated the player list in 2 months, we have 1000 70+ players on Troy which I bet is up in the 1500s now. When I go job, it's rare to find a hunter that hasn't capped at 80 yet.

And like the others said, it's damn near impossible to grind. Its taken me a week to get the first two hunter quests done, just because it's impossible to find a decent grinding spot.

Being 80 / Full farmed with sun wep sucks arse.

No place to grind cause nukers will ks you, no people to fight in wars cause you have sun, people will run. If you kill someone 1 hit and hes a 72+ you get spammed for being a 'weak sosun noob'.

Tbh it's not worth it in the end, Sought gate dw on Xian is not what it used to be, occasionally pom comes out kd's everyone then runs off to go grind again ... bloody boring as shit.

Oh, I forgot to mention the drama. He hates him but like him which means we all hate her and despise them. Etc etc etc etc.

I'm really thinking of just going solo to the cap on the next new server and not getting involved in any bullshit. ... Yeah so uhmm .. being 80 isn't '4th of July' everyday.

just hit 71... well once you get 64+ you feel awesome since u wear leet 8d weapon... but you still get one shot by 72+ :banghead:

now im not getting decent gear until I get my lvl 77 where my whole pimped set is waiting for me

I had the exact same problem with the drama shit... Guild/Union A hates Guild/Union B, and visa versa. I was in Guild A and had friends in Guild B, for which I was criticized by members in Guild B. Union A, and Union B, both strong unions, always fought with themselves and each other... just one big boring drawn out pussy fight.

Anyways, to solve the problem, I made my own guild. I've kept it small, and although it's lvl 5, we really only have about 20 members, most of which are duplicate characters of already existing members. We have 6 7x, of which once again, 2 are duplicates. We're all friends, don't have to deal with bullshit drama, and really can do whatever we want to. We don't force jobs, we don't have mandatory "haze Guild A" sessions, and end up just having fun... Not having "enemies" is nice, I can just play the game as I please.

I'm having a wonderful time grinding in an 8/8 shared/shared at the niya generals. Most bots that get anywhere near our group will be left to fend for themselves against 6 party mobs for a while, and usually we can watch them sunbathing for hours afterwards.

I also enjoyed taking a lvl 80 5* from JG to Hotan a few days ago. It took 5 of us hunters just to deal with the NPC thiefs (the trader stayed on her elephant), so I was glad no large group of PC thiefs showed up (Troy has a hunter surplus, so we were relatively safe). I had to res several of the hunters during the trip (Yes, if you are checking my sig: I just deleveled Force yesterday).

Bleh... when was this? I've been looking for some trades to loot lately and I didn't spot any big ones -.-

EDIT: other problem with being 80... the jobbing honestly sucks after the job update... You barely even see 20~39 traders, which you think there be even more of since the amount of gold you can carry with a one star has gone through the roof... Most of the servers also seem to have a hunter vs thief imbalance, favoring either one or the other, and eventhough troy's hunter and trader population greatly outnumbers the thieves, stumbling across a trade run is still rare.

I think it was last Sunday morning (CET), my weekend memory's a bit hazy.

I'd just helped a friend bring a 1* from DW to JG, and was a tad bored outside the gates when a 5* passed by leaving JG. They happily allowed me to tag along. I must admit that with the race for level 80 I haven't really been jobbing much lately, so I cannot verify your statement about the trades.

being high lv means you can enjoying alchemy more, put more serious + on your equipment and try to full blues all of them, and of course you can kill other high lv previously impossible for u to kill.
