Job suit magic options

I've notice that there's grant magic options on job suit, just wondering if anyone tried this before because i've tried at blacksmith and also try to fuse stone but cant.
I really appreciate if anyone could tell me how to do it because i cant find the answer anywhere and MD keep deleting my post without answer

people think in the future, you can do this, or at a higher job lvl, but for right now its TBH

the only thing i can think of is the euro job suits. they have str1 or int1 on them. dont think you can add anything to them though

umm don't the chinese ones have the stats too? not the old ones before euro, but new ones do i think.

yeah
the Normal suits and flags the 20k ones have the 1 str and 1int
both euro and chinese
