i don't think i've seen them in the smith, though not like i was looking, but i sure as hell get enough arrows from drops in europe, note i dont' need arrows

Maybe you can buy arrows in Hotan/Donwaghs and put them in your storage? And if you arrive then in Samarkand/Constantinople you only need to put them back in your bag. But you need to buy a lot of arrows for that.

The only town selling bolts & arrows is Hotan, Jangan and Donwang are arrows only towns, like Sammarkand and Constanstinople are bolt only towns.

which, i guess in a sense is accurate. I mean, If this was IRL in the time of the silkroad, u werent gonna get many xbowers in china, so y would blacksmiths (who r soo poor, they cant afford shirts) make bolts when no1 will buy em. Much better 2 buy arrows, which evry1 will buy. Same thing in euro
