During the preliminary GNGWC, I'll be on the SRF ventrilo giving some commentary and maybe even answering some questions. I'll try to get on before the competition starts, but I have a raid on WoW before it and class at 8 the following morning so I probably won't stay on too long after the prelim is over.

For anyone interested, the competition is Sunday at 10 pm Pacific Time (October 1st 14:00 Korean). See you there.

I found the client from the korean site. Prolly not the right one. lol

Okay, since i'm vent admin I thoght i'd lay down a few rules to keep things peaceful.

-Use push to talk. This prevents unneeded noise and makes concentration easier for the SRF participants.. the people actually participating are welcome to use voice activation though
-Don't toss out bot accusations, or start retarded flame wars. I'll kill you.
-If you have a favorite, don't start getting cocky or bashing another participant. Keep it friendly

Yeah, good luck: Xone, cuchulain, 666moon666 (well, tomorrow ), and OpheLia! I looked at the list again, and there are some very... intimidating players there on the first day. I wish you all best of luck. It looks like you all will need it. Yes...it's gonna be a tough battle. I can only hope no one gets obscene luck and wins with a million crits in a row, so we can truly hear / see how good you all are.

There aren't many intimidating players, imo.. because the only thing that makes them anything at all are their full sun sets that they will be lacking.
Maybe i'm wrong, but I think the full-sun people might be at a disadvantage because they're so used to taking barely any damage. (Look some of them up on Rev6 is you're curious)

There are a few very experienced players there, I'm not talking about their equips: I haven't seen them / talked to them in awhile, but if they've been playing for so long, they've got to be pretty good.

I've been playing since Oct 05 and didn't get in again this year. Gr. But yeah, there's 3-4 I can actually recognize and think they might have a good shot.
If anything, I hope the SRF people at least luck out and make it to Cali.
