I don't really..

the action sounds are really corny, kind of like sounds from Empires Dawn of the modern world

but the background music is ok

i jus listen to music....sometimes if the sound it too loud i turn sro voume a bit lower

i get bored too quickly when i listen to the screams of dead monsters.

used to have my sounds really low + BG sounds off before we got Euro update.

now its all off.

I use the sounds most of the time.

But when i dont i just put either some KoRn or system on. There the only two bands that seem to match the game play of SRO.

Sounds/music gets kind of repetitive after a while, so i just turned it off. Heard it once, heard it a million times

I use sounds when playing, so I keep them on. The background sound isn't bad too. My music is most of the times turned off, because a few musics get on my nerves (Namely Constantinople and Samarkand musics). When my music is off, I just run on Winamp and be happy.

I don't .. listening to the bow winding up all the time is kind of irritating .. i listen to music :> Rise Agianst = win.

I hate the sound on... it kinda gets annoying after you pvp for a while....

I have my sound on lowish since usually my music drowns out the in game sounds. However, I think I should start turning it off since whenever I go back to Hotan, I always get to hear the annoying pet summoning sound for every person that scrolls back.

Same. VLC on top of everything ftw or listen to music winamp.

I turn it off because of the multiple seizure sounds in town.

SRO aint got music, its a 30 seconds sound track that wont stop repeating itself.
The SRO sounds annoy me, i just turn em off even if i dont listen to music.

I have everything on except the music. I prefer my own music for that. >>

yes, i listen to it .. turn it on really low though ..

it's set on high...but my music is alot louder than it..,

I have sound on sometimes if I get too bored without hearing anything from the game, but I have it on really low then. I also listen to music at the same time.

Nah.

The background music and sound effects get annoying after hearing them the first time. I just put on some music.

I usually turn off sound, take mp3 player and turn on All about us t.A.t.U when kicking giants. :D

For hunting uniques like cerebus where it thunders when you get near. I turn on the sound.

I also turn on the sound when trading, I like to be able to hear the iron clads and the nukes charge so I can counter. And to be able to find hiding thieves killing thier mobs.

For everything else I turn that shit off. lol

i only got the FX sound on :|

I allways have the sounds on...for the music it depends on my mood but ussually on too
